• Please verify your order when received
  • Any request for exchanges or returns must be reported to our customer service within 5 days of receipt of your order.
  • You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number, to obtain an RMA number and return instructions, email us info@aarogyamed.com with your name, phone number, order number, and reason for return, or call Customer Service (909) 295 6999 M-F 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. PST.
  • Returned products must be in the same condition as received, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
  • We will not accept opened or partially used items, unless the product is defective. We will gladly accept any returns that are fully sealed and are in the same conditioned as received within 30 days with few exceptions described below.
  • Returns made after 30 days but no later than 60 days, if approved are subject to 15% restocking fee
  • When returning your items please package them so they will not get damaged in transit back to us.
  • Special order items may be returned with vendor approval and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable
  • Some products and certain equipments may not be returned due to hygiene issues.
  • Credit will be given for incorrectly shipped, damaged, or defective products within 45 days of invoice. In order to receive full credit, returned products must be unopened and in salable condition.

The following items have some restrictions and CAN NOT be returned.

  • Diagnostic Test Kits
  • Discontinued Products
  • Drop shipped or Special Order Products shipped from the manufacturer
  • Expired Products
  • Hazardous/ORM Materials
  • Items Shipped on Ice or Dry Ice
  • Opened or Defaced Products
  • Used Instruments
  • Oxygen Tanks
