Updating Account Information

When you log in to your account or the time of check out please verify your information and make sure the information we have on your account profile such as billing, shipping information, medical or pharmaceutical license etc., are current , should you have a change please update your information or call our customer service to get help with the updates.

To update official documents such as DEA, resale, facility license please fax updated copies to our fax (909) 295 6988 and state the name of the facility on your fax. Or email it to info@aarogyamed.com

Payment, Pricing Promotions

  • We work very hard to update our site with new products and pricing but we are not responsible for manufacturer price changes that may occur at any time without notice.
  • Customers are responsible for all applicable state or local sales tax in the state of California.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Cost of shipping will vary based on destination and shipping method (Ground, 2nd day air, etc)… Please read our shipping terms.
  • A line of credit may only be extended to qualified customers. This service may be available with restrictions on credit line and duration of credit line.
  • The forms of payment accepted include: Business Check, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
  • For any other products that do not appear on our website, please notify us of the items and manufacturer and we will take care of supplying it to you. Contact us at (909) 295 6999 for the list of your items.
  • If you do not find your preferred manufacturer on our website please contact our customer service at (909) 295 6999 and our customer service can work on providing you with your needs.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from Rancho Cucamonga, California
  • All orders are usually shipped within 24 business hours. (Subject to stock availability) unless they are a special order or Due to size or weight, some items may require extra time for delivery. Special and custom orders may take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery.
  • Delivery confirmation number for your package will be sent to you via email as soon as we ship your order.
  • In order for you to receive our emails (order confirmation, shipping confirmation etc.) please add us to your “approved sender or to your email address book”.
  • We ship within the United States, shipping rates and fees may vary based on weight and delivery address.
  • If UPS does not deliver to your area we may use USPS, FedEx or On Trac.

  • Local customers may receive their orders delivered by company truck/van.
  • Estimated transit times refer to business days, no weekends or holidays.
  • Drop shipments shall be shipped in accordance with the vendor’s shipping policies.
  • Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.
  • Some items are subject to additional shipping charges
  1. Drop Shipped Item shipped directly from the manufacturer.
  2. Refrigerated Shipment may be shipped separately from the rest of your order. Items are shipped on ice Monday through Wednesday only, and will arrive in two business days. Add Six Dollars and Ninety-Five Cents ($6.95) per order to cover additional handling. Refrigerated items cannot be returned.
  3. Hazardous Materials if item requires special handling. Hazardous material charges are the responsibility of Customer and will be added to Customer’s invoice.
  4. Large equipment items are shipped to Customer’s dock. Additional charges will be applied for lift gate service, inside delivery, or set up
